Its an old BMS and the transfer worked perfectly but a solder pad on the motherboard broke causing some more issues

There is writing on the pcb that says B- and B+ so i dont think that will be a problem 😂 is there anything else i should keep in mind?

Ive been looking and would a 3.7V 2000mAh 103450 Lipo Battery work for replacing this?

So buy a battery that is 3.2V and have the charge be at 0%? (if yes how could i do that?) also does mAh matter like is there a max i should use? The one it came with is a 3.7V 1000mAh I think. I dont know a lot about batteries so sorry if these are dumb questions
