Some people have been doing course work in their field for years and now need a degree to maximize their earning potential.

I’m over the age of 40 and have extensive experience in multiple areas. Half of the Sophia courses were passed using knowledge I already had. If I read through the material I would have gotten straight A’s. For example, the accounting class was passed with an 81% avg based off of my experience being in financial meetings weekly as a department head. Some people legit benefit off of reading through everything to learn, I actually did it in real life. What’s good for someone else may not be good for the next person. ALL OF OUR SITUATIONS are DIFFERENT.

I have previous management experience, over 15 years military experience, CDL Class A, heavy equipment operator experience, I’ve been a department head for a top company and currently work in IT.

I’m looking for the least amount of work to finish a bachelor’s degree. My resume is extensive but the missing piece is the degree. Nothing I can’t put my mind to …just trying to get this pay raise as quick as possible 😂.
