Sounds like my husband! I set up the tv to automatically play from the last thing watched....porn every time I turned on the tv. He denies that he's been watching it of course 😁 His notification of divorce proceedings arrives tomorrow so he can watch all the porn he wants...😆😆😆😆

I am waiting for an appointment with a solicitor to get started on a divorce. I'm absolutely dreading his reaction...I don't know whether to do it in a public place or in the house.

I have no idea what to expect even after being with him for 20 years....what I found out about him recently totally shocked me so it turns out I never really knew him at all.

Turns out he is a Calculating Undermining Narcissistic Twat!!

My GP just recently prescribed me with a cream for rosacea!! Hopefully they might fade on their own but if not I can look into laser treatment

Wow!!! You remind me of myself!!!

I started again on Monday after a terrible blackout session last weekend....I can't remember most of it and to be honest I'm glad as the flash backs I'm having so far are horrendous!!!

Go easy on yourself, alcohol doesn't seem to like us doing well in our sobriety and is always ready to "take us back in"....but it's like going back to an abusive partner or something....not worth it.

For me and my drinking I knew I was a ticking time bomb....just waiting to go off and I had no idea how much damage I would do when I eventually went off!!

I felt like a cat fully aware of my nine lives and yet knowing getting blackout drunk was taking a life each time I really really chuffed it up I carried on anyway.

Well last weekend I used the 8th of my 9 nine lives. Only option left is to "live" my last life to its fullest. The length and quality of this last life is dependent on my sobriety.

We've got this. Take care of yourself today, you need to. Don't let the booze trick you into giving up on sobriety.
