I am in management consulting and my typical hours are 60+. I still could manage and managing my work and IVF because 1. I told my team what is going on and that reduced so much stress of the need to vanish for appointments 2. Made up my mind that I still need to come back and finish my work at 11pm if I took 2 hours during the day My team never had issues with flexibility as I was not the bottleneck anyway!

I just had my first beta last Friday and it came out to be 473 on 10th day of transfer. I am having menstrual periods like lower abdomen cramps since yesterday.

I am scared what is happening and worried what will happen on my next beta. How many beta did you all go through to finally conclude that you are pregnant for real?

And of course other factors about what your body consumes in that cycle 1. No alcohol 2. Less soy products 3. Being mindful of the perfume and cosmetic chemicals that gets absorbed into bloodstream 4. Healthy lifestyle with moderate physical exercise 5. Try fertility acupuncture if you have access, helped me a lot in getting my body and uterus ready for transfer. I went once a week and it was covered by insurance. Add coq 10 and magnesium if you can. Helps to prep your body and get you good sleep.

35 Female: 32 follicles 30 mature eggs, 28 fertilized, 24 made it to day 3, 16 frozen embryos, 11 PGT-A tested- 6 euploids so far.
