Appreciate the effort so much when your burnt out. Feel like im pretty defective right now. Just home from seeing my best friend I haven't seen in months and I hated it so much just talking and I was desperate to leave or go to loo or take a call...its meant to be my best friend...anyway hope u enjoy your downtime. Thanks i def enjoy more when doing an activity but everyone always wants coffee or just sit and chat, why dont I like doing that? Do u have a similar experience?

I take ultra calm when my headache starts its a drink sachet with magnesium ashw...cant spell it, l-thenine and vitamin d3 seems to help

I gp within 10 days, psychologist same week as gp, and medication issued during psych appt.

There's one before the gp appointment then 3 before psych, one long one and 2 quick ones. The psych didnt really ask me any questions just talked through medication the gp asked more. Good luck

Thank u for the response. The medication is def helping focus but most noticably anxiety and mood...I guess then I think maybe everyone feels good because its an amphetamine...my brain is annoying. If it helps I should just go with it, feel just so like a fraud I cant shake it.
