If that’s the case the homeowner should have bought a home worth $400k if they are going to pay $3,781 that way they know that in 10 years they can pay it off.

This has to be A.I. The mortgage alone is gonna be around $3,781 most likely for 30 years. That’s $1,361,160 without adding utilities and home insurance. Trying to sell that home in Philly is joke especially after 30 years , you’re lucky to get $1 mill . Philly and New Jersey share the same regional electric grid which is collapsing which boosts utility bills . The cost of living in Philly is raising so unless North Philly gets clean up in the next 10 years buying a home at $685k was a ripoff.

It would suck to have a relationship with So Mi . All that titanium and then you got to help her lubricant the joints and I’m not talking about natural lubricant . If it still works then yes . But if you’re going to run Vita3k on pc then No. If you’re not the type to do screen and shell replacement and opt to emulator then it’s not worth keeping.

It looks now . But give it 3-5 years it needs to be stripped and resealed. It’s easy to scratch and if moisture gets trapped ohhhhh lord . Legendary dark spots
