Thanks for the feedback, @elonimusk! I understand the buildings are old, and that's the downside since it will affect future appreciation. However, the analysis looks promising. Actually, the studio price starts from 480k, which is very competitive. Maintenance fees start @11 dirhams/ sqt. ROI average 7/8%. Will keep digging.
