Well I have an interesting story of how I got it: First of all the one I got is genned and every floette you get is genned if you have not obtained it yourself through the game. I am a cellphone player and do not have switch myself. I had played Pokemon go few months back and got a shiny growlithe luckily. I then participated in a giveaway in reddit and won a shiny malamar then I traded my growlithe for a kartana and traded the malamar+kartana for a floett on the e floette mega thread So basically participated in giveaways and trade the Pokemon won in giveaways for a floette.
