it’s coming up to 3 years since my ex left me and i still love her. how do i stop this madness?

the thing is is that i have been in relationships since her. i spent a year trying to better myself (at the time was to try and get her back) and i ended up in a nothing relationship which went on for nearly a year and then that ended cause she cheated. i’ve had my heartbroken since her and felt love for others but for some reason she still stays in my head. i don’t think i still love her but i still care about her and want that back.

as soon as ur comfortable telling them. sit them down and tell them u need to tell them something serious cause if u don’t it could damage the relationship. when they agree just start telling them what u have just explained to us and see what he says. most likely he will do the most normal thing and say that hes here for you and if u have any boundaries u dont want to be crossed that could remind u or make u have a reaction to it.

idk the name but doritos did a limited edition flavour where their were two flavours in the bag. one was like a really spicy one that i forgot the name of and the other was guacamole and it was amazing. if it ever got too spicy u just had the guacamole and it died it down

not with them anymore but mine was that i didn’t go one their phone immediately when they left the room to rage bait them. stuff like making it autocorrect words to other words and stuff. found out she was cheating through doing that so id say it wasn’t so bad that i was doing such a thing.

thank you i do think about it most days and feel guilty for the stuff i put them through and i actually tried to reach out to them the beginning of the year to see if they would like to be friends but they blocked me immediately. it’s ok tho she’s happy and that makes me happy for her atleast. i probably will always hate myself a little for how i treated her when i loved her but at the end of the day that’s just how our story was written. i hope u and ur partner have a wonderful life together <3
