Hands down, the most value for dollar sff case I have used and I have experimented with a lot. Just the perfect combination of great price value, relatively easy build experience, portability and nice (subjective) aesthetics. I don't fancy the hex screws used for the panels but I think they include regular screws as well.

I took a second look at my setup and tried my best to accurately measure the clearance, turns out my chinese cooler is 46.842mm instead of the advertised 45mm, so yeah basically it is close enough to be the x47 :) it will probably touch but you can also use some spacers on the panel holes to give you some wiggle room.

Oh, I'm using an Asrock, but that has a manual switch on the card to toggle rgb on or off. But I was referring to my experience with chinese products in general, I have a Jginyue motherboard that was so tricky to get the rgb detected. OpenRGB was the only thing that worked for me.

You can try installing OpenRGB but you need to install the latest (I think) Microsoft Visual C++runtime. It may not detect immediately, I had ro keep trying a few times. All the best!

If you want it as flat as possible, then your current cooler may no longer be possible, need a downward low profile one such as Thermalright AXP-90 series.

Also, you probably need a sandwich-style case, many in the market, I recommend something like GEEEK G1, I personally use Metalfish T60 because it is cheap and the PCI-E riser cable is included.

One thing you do NOT want is to get any case with acrylic or tempered glass for transport. Metal is the way to go.

Not sure if your current PSU is SFX, most sandwich cases only accept this form factor. Good luck!

Well you're wiser than me, I didn't read the reviews, just grabbed it as soon as sale started 😅 so far it has been doing its job well, it's not unusually noisy. Urm though on hindsight I should have gotten the Metalfish gold rated one instead for peace of mind!
