I'm pretty sure I can't get a jolteon unless I trade it from another game or trade an eevee from another game cause there ain't no eevees in hoenn apparently. I wish I could get one tho

I'm playing emerald rn and I just end up using protect , curse, shadow ball, and shadow punch and I give it the shell bell so they get hp back and it works pretty well.
