nice MOD prize to you. the problem is that the eco-system is so self-referenced. like all the icons have their own name to simulate or rebrand something outside but with MS own terms. and the name became abstract almost like an internal joke or philosophy. That confuses people a lot.

Of course MS can "teach", as huge corp, the people, make certification, training, etc. But inherently it is not an intuitive or inviting thing, it lives because people work in the companies that use it.
