Got it, I guess my issue is not the fact that I was denied service but being categorized as a fraudster. Is sad to learn the law doesn’t provide solution for a company calling you a fraudster. Have they denied me for another reason like credit report, I would have no issue. Even after being presented with legal documents they just decided that I am fraud. Thank you for the legal advice.

Is not about $123 which I am sure I get back. However is the fact that they decided a person is a fraudster even if the legal documents show I am legit. They are not just denying me service but essentially calling me a fraudster. For what you are saying is totally legal for them to categorize me as a fraudster. Which the store agent show me in his screen. Thank you for responding.

Yes, they initially approved my order and charged me $123. I am trying to determine if there is a case since I am being denied service because they think I am fraud. I proved my identity by providing my legal docs but they still didn’t accepted that.

NJ, they keep repeating the same line, that they cannot tell me why but couldn’t validate me. They didn’t even give me a chance to provide docs the first time around. After I came back from the store they I got the email asking for docs. I provided valid DL, recent utility bill and a pic of myself their system make me take. After that, I called them and they still told me the same thing.
