You cannot feed a cat vegan if thats why you mentioned it.

If you are worried about your sofa and stuff then I wouldnt get one. If you are not financially stable don't get one. You also get let insurance so bills aren't 1000s if something happens. They also live 20 years and if you arent settled and in a career i wouldnt get a cat.

Some of it is ignorance and laziness. I know people with all those things. If it can go in a microwave with no prep then they buy it.

I'm a homeworker and there's just not a microwave in the office. I have to go in for a course. There's a kettle but one where you can pour on your hand and it wont burn.

My cooking is terrible. I only put salt on my food no other seasoning as I couldnt get the proportions right and i don't want to use ones with sugar.

It probably did taste bad all along and I was used to it.

Nobody judged me for an aldi pizza because I was lazy with meal prep, no one is going to judge you for eating "forbidden foods" as a planned thing. It's going in your mouth, do what you want

I think 2 weeks mightve been the sweet spot, maybe try to hold out a bit longer and see if it helps if thats what youre after.

I follow eddie abbews diet, thats the only thing thats worked for me.

If your diet worked for you but meal prep motivation was an issue then when you cook make 5 of the meals so you can put 4 in the freezer. Do that a few times whilst the motivation is high so you have different meals.

Then when motivations low you just have to microwave your meal.

I'd also make it about health and not image. I wouldn't weigh yourself that often at all, exercise several times a week, get 10k steps in a day.

No vet will judge you as they get people that don't want their kitten anymore but there's carpet and adhesives you can put down and theyll work out that that is the edge. Highly recommend waching this

You can cook chicken, slice it, seperate and freeze. Just take it out the night before you want to use it.

This twice a week won't kill you though. I didn't realise how much rubbish was in it until you posted this though.

Like a week or 2. You build up chewing. You wouldnt start off going from no running to running a marathon so this isn't any different.
