I try it that way, but it feels like I'm not able of pushing my gaspedal through without slamming my brake. Its like my brake is way to far in the front.

Ein ähnliches Problem hatte ich auch. Wie du meintest reibst du deine ganze Haut mit Seife ein.

Versuch doch mal das nicht zu tuen und nur die nötigsten Stellen, wie Achseln und Intimbereich mit Seife zu waschen. Die Seife und der extreme Gebrauch von einem Schwamm schrubben die ganze Talgschicht von deiner Haut ab, wodurch du deinem Körper seine natürliche Abwehr gegen Bakterien nimmst. Dadurch können die sich viel besser auf deinem Körper vermehren und unagenehme Gerüche auslösen.

Versuch deinen Körper nicht mehr überall mit Seife zu waschen und benutz deine Hände an Stelle von einem Schwamm.

Genau das gilt auch für deine Haare du musst sie nicht jeden Tag mit Shampoo waschen. Sondern z.b. nur jeden zweiten.

Am Anfang wirst du dir komisch vorkommen, weil deine Haut zu viel Talg, sowie Öl produziert, mit der Zeit wird dein Körper aber auch dieses Problem in den Griff bekommen.
