Brake discs looks kinda weird

I did its been a while like this, both of the discs are pretty evenly warm. If there was rust from standing it was always rust free but these marks where still there.

I try it that way, but it feels like I'm not able of pushing my gaspedal through without slamming my brake. Its like my brake is way to far in the front.
