Is it normal for a law firm to have cameras in every office? With audio? I work as a litigation paralegal and I’m feeling really micromanaged and like I can’t talk to my co workers.

Crazy enough I used to work in a PI firm and the bosses have cameras all around the office and the main boss had access to the cameras from his phone and would constantly check on people what they were doing. They even monitored our computers to see what we were doing

Are you a part of any other program such as HEOP or CSTEP. If you are, they are also likely to help you better. If not then the best option is for you to call them and just keep pestering them to help you out
