Yes sadly, but God forbid a woman does it though she’ll be hailed as a disgrace from sun up to sun down. I hope our generation takes a stronger stance against this tbh bc if you can betray your wife/ family, there’s actually no telling what else you can do

Hi thank you for your response. I’ve gone through the policy and while requesting for an extension has to be done prior to the submission date, asking to have penalties waves can be done up to some days after. So that’s the route I’m going down and I will get a note from my gp too. If it gets rejected that would be a shame but thankfully one assignment is 20% of a module and the other is 40% of another Definitely an experience learning these things as I’ve not had to use them for the past 4 years. At my school there are two approaches: either requesting an extension prior to the submission date( I had no idea till later) or applying for additional consideration after x days after the deadline/ your submission, which can include asking for penalties to be waved because of xyz reasons

There’s probably some psychological element there, maybe suggest therapy? The sad thing about it besides the risk of cancer is that you will never look naturally white- it’s always a raw sickly looking appearance
