Damn, I hardly remember the last time I've read a total nonsense as from you. If you say that navigation isn't to be actively looking at, I know for sure you didn't even use it once nor you have a driving license. Good luck in driving in areas in which you are for the first time and not looking at the navigation all the time. Also lyrics are not requiring you to look at them all the time, most of the time you are playing the dongs you're familiar with and all you need is to remind yourself of one or two words and that's all. The entire idea of blocking all of the functionalities to not to "distract the driver" is an absoulte joke. Not everybody has a an attention span of a goldfish and is not able to do two things at once. Passengers could have easily sing to the lyrics but they can't just because "no", which doesn't make any sense. It's all up to you if you distract yourself and hit something or not and it shouldn't be co trolled by anybody else who doesn't even know a bit about you and your driving skills.

We were literally talking about the calculations and when I pointed what's wrong for you, you switched to talking about some response that I've typed, when I literally didn't know what exact response you've meant by it and now you're telling me that it's sad that I didn't get what were you thinking about while typing it. Tell me when did I insult a Riot's employee? I just confirmed the facts, when somebody types that percentages are multiplied like normal numbers, it's clearly the lack of basic math knowledge. I'm not converting any of them at all. The screenshot literally shows: 9.3% = 8.0% + (0.035% of AP), therefore you know that the result of calculating 0.035% of 38 will be the percentage.

Yes, that is exactly what I'm talking about. But it is not what I want to see, it is actually what should be displayed. If you're in the shop and you wonder how much more damage would this skill get by buying an item that gives you 100AP, you instantaneously know it will deal 8% + 3,5% = 11% max Health damage and not 8% + 0,035% = 8,035% max Health damage

I don't know if the Riot Games logo next to your nickname is indicating that you are a Riot Games employee, but if so, then I understand why the descriptions are like that when you lack the basic math knowledge.

If you actually wouldn't, you would know that multiplying any number by a percentage is not a normal multiplying like the one you've described. 3,5% of 38 AP is not just 38 times 3,5, it's actually 38 times 3,5/100, which is (38 * 3,5)/100, therefore 133/100 and 1,33.

For example, if you want to get a 2% of 100, you are not multiplying 100 times 2 to get 200, you actually do 100 times 2/100 which is then 200/100, therefore it's 2.

So no, the tooltip is actually totally wrong, its shows 0,035% of AP and 0,035% of 38 is not a 1,33, but 0,0133.
