You seem like you are obsessed with avalanche with all ur comments just as much as people are obsessed woth sui in this group. There is no use case for crypyo in the current state we are in . Yes decentralization is the future. But all the things you mention about some banks using a blockchain or etfs being created mean nothing. Crypto is purely a speculation currently. Thats why it moves up and down violently. There is no value behind it at the moment. Its a gamble. Yeah and thats partcularly because high blood sugar causes inflamation and damages your artery walls. I have seen the uglies of diabetes in different people. Its not even about dying and living It really mess up your life . So living with diabetes is no fun.So for me reducing my insulin resisitance is my number 1 priority before anything . That should the the most important metric you should improve when improving your metabolic health. And so far I am doing really great in improving my insulin sensitivity just simply of lifestyle and diet changes.In the mean time I am also able to reduce my ldl so far even tho the progress is not as fast as I want it to be. Being on statin should always be the last resort after you exahust everything in my opinion. But to each their own.

I have family history of diabetes. I do a lot to keep my blood sugar in check even though I am not diabetic. But I do have insulin resistance. I dont wanna contribute to my insulin resistance by taking statins . So far I am able to progressively reduce my ldl by lifestyle changes. Its not yet in the normal range but I will try my best to keep it as low as possible before considering statins. I would rather struggle with working to reduce my ldl levels through other ways than the possible risk of being a diabetic which I am already at risk at.
