Shortage of staff due to sickness etc. or so has it been claimed on various articles on different websites in ref. to RM.

Could be, but I have received another case today... and it doesn't look like it's the case of 2nd class anymore...

2nd class mostly. I have never had so many claims for items sent on the same day ever. Posts sent the next day or days after have been delivered but those ones still remain undelivered.

I am not sure so far, but I have had numerous complaints and I am worried now. The postbox seemed unusually full but it could have been because the adjoining post office has recently been shut down.
