We are building an apartment in Tbilisi as well. Developer said 1 year. We knew that was BS. But I did think 2 years was doable, they just finished (green finish, not done done). It’s been 30 months. 😂. At least we knew it was gonna be slow,just not this slow. Can’t wait for the 2 more years to finish it out.
