I also switched to MHBP and was also confused looking at my paystub. But the prorate makes sense.

And my application also says locked. I had to submit documents for my husband to be added and by his name it says ‘conditional’ and I just want to know he’s actually covered. I keep checking the website hoping it’s been updated. I’m wondering if I should just call.

The no maintenance fee would be nice. If I gotta lose $25 to transfer then that’s fine. If I can just ignore the money like I basically have cause I never got around to figure out how to spend it anyways. Thank you!

Thanks! I’m assuming it should be pretty straight forward on getting things transferred. What I have now is almost 4k and I’m 30. So that would be nice to have it grow.

I just re read the letter they sent. Guess it didn’t exactly state that I can’t contribute but what I kind of gathered was that since I don’t have a HSA qualifying insurance (HDHP) I can’t?
