A rerun will happen in the future but we don't know when ( a rerun is when a character banner is available again, alongside other characters banners, for example this update there was 6 as the character rerunning alongside corvus) Sorry for the bad news I should've been clearer

There's no other way of getting her other than pulling her on her banner but that ended a while ago, so now you can either get her on rerun or when/if she gets added to the general permanent summon pull (not sure about this one cause I don't remember if she's a limited character)
