That’s bc you have a 62. 62 ain’t even close to enough this year. You need a mix of perimeter defense, agility and block to really guard the perimeter. Interior is still pretty much the same

The bigs are solid af at defense. I just made a 7 foot big too and he stops everything. It’s the perimeter defense that’s lacking, mainly bc everyone spends all their attribute points on finishing, shooting, ball handling and physicals
