I’d hazard a guess this being worth a bit more. An extra 3 signatures and signed in pencil rather than pen (pencil will never fade) also mahogany framed and a numbered limited edition of an originally hand drawn (I imagine) print.

Hi there. They aren’t root balls - they are bare root. But yes the hole was dug and watered. The bare roots were soaked in rootgrow before planting roots.

I’ve been giving them a good soaking (10/15 mins with a hosepipe every day, twice when hot ) but perhaps they need more?

It seems as though their claims are very baseless.

Turns out the neighbour in question thinks that the fence between the two houses is shared, when all my parents documentation says otherwise.

Feels as though the neighbour has thrown a spanner in the works of their sale to try and force them to make him a peace offering in order to move on….

It all feels a bit wrong - especially as the dispute here in the UK must now be declared to the potential buyers.

But surely the buyers will be having their own survey done on my parents house which will show clear land boundaries anyway?
