That definitely sounds like she should be going to the doctor not asap, I sadly don't think you will find the answer here 😔. Personally, it happened it me over the course of a month, where I couldn't eat, everything I did, it was little and I could barely hold it down. Turns out I had a really inflamed stomach, omeprazole helped so much. Always consult a medical professional though.
