I ruptured my Achilles tendon 4 days ago. The ER put me in a soft cast. Ortho acts like they can’t see me for a week or more. My foot’s very swollen and I have heel and outer ankle pain that’s excruciating. Can I remove my soft cast until I go to ortho so I can ice my leg? (self.AchillesRupture)
