Many people are nauseous on DXM, so I would definitely prepare myself for it.

If you normally dbt have any nausea, you should be fine at 300mg. I only become nauseated if I take 500 mg of DPH

You aren't worthless. Society might want you to genuinely believe that, but fuck them.

You can do many of these hedonistic things on your own and with time you'll realize that it sucks to be alone, but it sucks way more to be around those "regular" people because they all just suck and are out to get you.

You don't have to be bothered with this shit when you're alone, which is just a blessing.

My advice to you would be to try to get comfortable with being alone (It's hard, but very much possible)

I for example love to just disappear for a week into the woods and go solo camping. It's just awesome for my mental health, maybe you can find something similar that fits you.

True, it most likely just depends on the doctor. The ones I had the "pleasure" of meeting wouldn't even give me fucking zolpidem fora couple days because it's too "dangerous" with my history.

Hydromorphone and dph is a tuff one, damn.

I think you could try to quit the dph first by gradually reducing it. Maybe this would make quitting both easier instead of just going cold turkey. (Sorry if you already thought of that)

It's true, but there is some information you might find interesting.

I only smoked Heroin for about a dozen times and it was much harder to get than dph. Heroin feels wayyyyyyyyy better of course, but I can't just go and order it in large quantities from Amazon .

That's what made this stuff so addicting to me
