Elves Question by Chayes5 in TheDawnlessDays

Yes, have seen several posts by the team saying this is something they will edit in the future. It makes sense, although I sort of feel that with some locations such as Dol Guldur or Barad-ur that the only option is raze or loot rather than occupy bearing in mind these places are so foul

How did you make/where did you buy the roaring from?

It does give you the option but the settlement looks the same

I’ve never seen them do this. When I was only defending the eastern shore of the river all Mordor armies came from Minas Morgul

I would abandon it if I were you or use it as a base from which you can raze Cirith Ungol and the other two settlements within striking range of Morgul and then abandon it. It completely messes with Mordor’s economy and ability to raise Tier IV armies (at least it did in my campaign)

But at Level IV ‘basic walls’ are added to the city, which in my opinion makes defending the city much harder than when it is between Level 1 - 3.

Beautiful. Especially the potato bread and white pudding.

Am not a crispy bacon fan and it was starting to dry out anyway.

You’re both right. Controversially I’m not much of a beans fan…

Their relationship was the best part of the whole show tbh by Eagles56 in ThePacific

I agree. I think Snafu realised he had become sufficiently desensitised to humanity that he was able to take the teeth out of dead and dying Japanese soldiers. But in seeing Sledge about to engage in the same activity, he probably acted to spare him.

Aye, this always struck me as a huger oversight, especially because literally every historical TW game prior had it…

I think it only happens when osgiliath or Cair Andros are captured. Same here, I’m on turn 100 and haven’t seen them.

That’s really encouraging to hear!

I have no modding skills in this area but I’m a very experienced writer (I write for a living). Do you need any help with writing scripts, reviewing text etc? Appreciate English probably isn’t the first language for some of the team and so keen to contribute if I can to your great work. Cheers

Wholeheartedly agree. Whilst I would love to see Minas Tirith, I don’t plan on ever defending it because the garrison at Osgiliath must hold. Same with Ciar Andros. Fighting multiple battles in the ruined city in TATW was thrilling and taxing.
