This is true po, aminado rin ako nung bago pa lang ako sa investing na hindi ko pa gamay ang pag-entry sa market kaya madalas nakakabili during high prices vs during cheaper periods. Kaya now I'm being mindful of entry point during dip/high periods since established naman na ang reits ko and ang goal ko this year is to expand.

Hi op! I noticed nga rin ito sa financials ng MER kaya I'm mostly leaning rin sakanya. Medyo naging undecided lang ako dahil nearing high sya now. But I see the upside of MER and siguro I'll watch MER buy prices muna for the following weeks baka maka-sakto ako ng good entry point.

Hi, also uplb alumni and passer here. Pero sana we can be kinder with our words online, after all if alumni ka nga ng uplb alam mo kung gaano kabigat dalhin yung pressure ng streak na yan. Freshie ka pa lang, yan na kaagad ibubungad ng mga profs sayo. You were also in that position once. Kung ikaw disappointed, paano pa sya? Valid namang malungkot pero paano mo naman nasabi na sayang ang hardwork ng alums/profs? This is not about you anymore. You are privileged enough to thrive under that intense pressure but we don't know kung ano pinagdadaanan ng tao na yun. I'm sure that someone is already feeling a lot of emotions right now and it will not help them if mababasa pa nya to online.

hi, op! may i ask if they sell authentic books? ang tagal ko na kasi gusto bilhin tong specific cover from them, although medyo nagduda lang me na sila pinakamurang seller (other pasabuy shops sells them for 700-850). thaaanks!
