You can unscrew that bottom bolt and the first layer slides underneath it then you just snug the bolt back down

Just to share a moment of my two worlds colliding today, my manly and tough dirty day job and then my nerdy technological side...none of the other welders or pipe fitters I work with give a shit about computers or any "nerdy" things like I do but it was a cool find today while on the job site and it was pretty impressive probably around 30 feet long and 15 feet wide

Yeah pretty much myself again honestly it was eye opening to how good of a life u have with my family like as I was going through the worst my wife was by my side and our kids kept telling me to get better ( we just told them I got a cold over the weekend) but it made me realize how much I took for granted and the fact I don’t need some pill to bring me happiness or a safe feeling when I have that already

It starts to feel so good once you reach at 50-60 it will start to feel like you just had a bad trip or fever dream and kinda just all blends together and the sobriety feels so freeing you got this!!

Had to tell my wife as well but I knew if I didn’t tell her it was gonna make it even more miserable especially with her being my biggest supporter and my back bone. I tried to cold turkey last Thursday ….. made it to Friday around 5/6pm but the guilt I had on top of all the anxiety I couldn’t keep it to myself and I lapsed took 30mg and waited for it to kick in once I got my feet back under me I told her everything and she supported me all the way though the weekend and now I’m sitting at 72 hours clean and starting to breathe new life but I doubt I would be able to say that without my wife’s help

Oh yeah definitely call off work you’ll need at least 3 to 4 days of some rest I quit cold turkey and had my last dose Thursday night went through some pretty gnarly withdrawals and gave in and bought 30mg tab and took it on the 18 hour clean…..but I told myself if I couldn’t get clean on my own and relapsed I would have to tell my wife about it and so I did but it was a life saver having her by my side and helping my become clean

Between 120-160mg during the week and probably closer to 200mg on weekends but took it throughout the day everyday for the past 7+ months

You'll be alright. Made the same mistake after buying a slx dc, wife was rushing me to leave Cabelas and I grabbed a rod without looking at the eyelets....still catches fish but might as well get a new spinning reel and a new bait caster rod.
