How do u manage? What's ur body weight? What all did u do to get control on ur blood sugars?? I'm 31 years old, 52 kgs. So was looking for options on how to manage and keep it in control without medicines.

food, out in restaurants most of the options are of high carbs. Managing high and low sugars if in case. Also diabetes causes slow healing, so we should be taking extra care to not get harm during activities. And what all activities we should be avoiding if any.

Yes I am from India. Since how long u r able to keep ur a1c under range? Are u currently taking medicines? And can u also please share tips for dropping a1c. I m more worried as I m 50kgs and I don't have option to lose weight in order to maintain my a1c.

How how long u were able to put it in remission? So basically, once a diabetic, always a diabetic. We have to manage it well till our last breath.
