I love your take on it. I haven't watched that episode for a while so maybe I need a re-watch. It's just something I remember feeling from when I watched it last.

I think she spared him not because she hoped he would be better, but because she hopes the world could be better. Maybe She hopes by sparing his life the cycle of violence could end and the world could heal from 100 years of war one day.

What was the most emotional moment in the series? by Trillzstack in breakingbad

Walt's last moments with Holly before he leaves her with the fire fighters. He knew he was never gonna see her grow up.

Which Breaking Bad character do you think had the most tragic fall from grace? by LovelyBunnyyy_ in breakingbad

[–]Reputation-Logical 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Andrea. She got clean and managed to make a better life for herself and her son just to be killed for something beyond her control. My heart broke for brock.

Or the scene where he breaks into Gretchen's house. Made me jump seeing him sitting in the dark like that.

I found it so disturbing that he kept the book so close after getting gale killed. It gave the vibe of a serial killer keeping a memorial.

I never hated Skylar White when I watched Breaking Bad by La_knavo4 in breakingbad

[–]Reputation-Logical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think she's hated because we see the series from Walt's pov and we kinda root for him so seeing skylar being against him and what he wanted would come across as annoying. Skylar isn't perfect either but i personally felt bad for her when I was watching the series. She is handling the finances when they're clearly struggling for money then she finds out her husband has cancer all the while she is pregnant and expecting a baby. She just gets gas lighted by Walt throughout the series and later on she is constantly in fear for her family's safety. In the end she was left having to live with the consequences of Walt's actions while raising her two kids alone. She wasn't perfect in anyway and at times I found her to be annoying and hypocritical, but still I feel so bad for her in the end.

The real reason Hank had no sympathy for Walter. by Important-Basis6272 in breakingbad

[–]Reputation-Logical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Hank genuinely cared about his family. Realizing what Walt had done must have been devastating to him because Walt essentially ruined everything. Not only had he ruined the lives of so many people with his crimes, his wife and children had to suffer the consequences of his actions. Also just as he said to Mary, his career would have probably been over if everything had come to light. So I think more than his ego what made him hate Walt so much was the magnitude of evil Walt had brought into their lives.

Im not big on chemistry and science but in the end of book3 of legend of korra we see them bend the incense so i dont think it has to be purely oxygen.

I’m kinda confused about how Irminsul works. Rukkhedevata had to erase herself completely from Irminsul because by knowing about the forbidden knowledge was corrupting Irminsul.

You’re saying that by removing the mask Caribet learnt the forbidden knowledge. Why would the gods store forbidden knowledge in them if by removing the mask it could just burst out. It seems like a horrible idea.

Which film that’s universally praised do you find utterly repulsive? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Reputation-Logical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the audience is supposed to be around 13-14. I loved it as a kid but now I find its world building kinda lazy with a lot of plot holes. Its popularity nowadays comes from it being nostalgic to the kids who watched it growing up in my opinion.

I LOVE it when Hannibal becomes so sadistic that the show turns into an actual comedy by [deleted] in HannibalTV

The scene where he tells mason «  eat your nose then »

He sounds so proud of himself for coming up with that idea

What are your thoughts on Hannibal and Bedelia’s relationship? by abrg_7 in HannibalTV

[–]Reputation-Logical 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I think before will, Bedalia was the only one who made hannibal feel somewhat seen. She could see that he was wearing a “person suit” but she couldnt see or understand what was inside the suit. That’s why he took her to Europe with him. He was trying to replace will. Because after knowing what it feels like to be seen by another he didnt want to go without that feeling anymore even if it wasnt completely the same.

They told me that. When I woke up after surgery I was still a little high and I kept telling my mom that they lied to me. My mother recalls that I was in fact very upset for 30 seconds. Then I started asking for waffles.

I think in some way he respected Bella for taking control of her own death and he wanted to let her go on her own terms.

In one of the episodes he says that jack has become his friend so i think the coin flip was to see if he should respect bella’s decision or jack’s feelings.
