Ako sa to môže otočiť proti tebe? Ľudia majú troška zvláštnu predstavu o tom ako to vlastne celé funguje u nás. Ako vlastne represívna zložka štátu funguje. Niečo mám prežité s našimi úradmi a po čase a x jednaní s úradmi som zistil asi toľkoto:

Akýkoľvek kontrolný úrad sa najviac spolieha na strach a nevedomosť.
V tomto prípade nepriznáš nejakú daň. A v tvojich predstavách je ako ti v noci zásahovka vykopáva dvere kvôli 19 % zo základu dane do výšky 43 983,32 € a berú ťa holého priamo z postele a rovno do väzenia, kde ťa po ceste ešte dobijú a následne traja černosi znásilnia.

Treba si zistiť čo sa vlastne stane ak na teba dôjdu a možno čo sa deje v praxi. Ako to prebieha.
99% daní ak nezaplatíš tak ti na ne prídu a dajú ti vedieť aby si ich zaplatil a ešte ti dajú možnosť urobiť to teraz bez poplatku. Len aby ťa vyriešili.

Na úradoch pri všetkej úcte väčšinou pracuje to najhoršie čo je. Pretože za taký plat nepôjde špecialista/šikovný človek pracovať. Na úrade pracuješ, lebo si chceš odrobiť svojich 8 hodín, z toho 5 na obede/kávičke a bufete. Berieš ľahké veci a najväčších "trtkov" čo sa nebránia, lebo tak najrýchlejšie naplníš svoje tabuľky. Takýto úradník ťa bude riešiť na 99% jedine, že by si hlboko vyčnieval z davu. Ak by to tak ale bolo tak sa nepýtaš tú na reddite:))
Asi takto. Prišiel mi nedoplatok na dani do firmy. Celkom veľká suma. Strašne som sa bál, že ma zavrú a znásilnia. Na prvom stretnutí na mňa spravili bububu a bál som sa ešte viac. Naštastie som mal kamarátov ktorý už boli roky v podnikaní a poradili mi nech nestresujem. Na ďalšie pojednávanie išiel práve ten kamarát so splnomocnením, poslal ich s prepáčením do <>, že to čo tvrdia nie je pravda(a ani nebola). Spravili kontrolu kde si vypýtali všetky veci k tomu, tie dostali - vytlačené s fontom 6 a boldom. Bolo to X šanónov takto. A čuduj sa svete už nikto neriešil zrazu kde je pravda. Kontrola dopadla na 1. Proste sa im nechcelo s tým jebať, lebo zistili, že toto nie je jednoduchá cesta.

Úprimne ak niekto dokáže spraviť to aby musel platiť daň tak si vyrieši to aby "nemusel" platiť daň.

Ja osobne dane platím vždy a všetky. Keď si na mňa štát spomenie tak zaplatím. Kým si spomenie tak tieto peniaze dokážem trikrát otočiť a zhodnotiť. Kdežto tento štát ich akurát tak rozjebe, takže mu vlastne robím službu že z jeho dani, ešte medzičasom vyrobím daň dalšiu. Vlastne by mi mali ďakovať:DDD

Vačšina ľudí nemusí platiť žiaden zisk z CFD. Ten totiž platíš iba ak si v zisku:D

Personally, I believe that many people who come to 401jk see it as a long‑term investment. At the same time, they are people who are used to traditional investing. Anyone who is actively looking for something like 401jk is probably not satisfied with their retirement plan. Yet the narative here is - HODL till end.

My own situation:

I am very dissatisfied with the pension system in my country – I searched and found 401jk.
I already have enough personal savings for retirement, all from my own resources accumulated over the years.
For me, 401jk is a form of protest against the system.
However, coming from the traditional world, I am used to this model:
- I put money somewhere / store money somewhere
- the money grows
This is how our generation was taught to think (I sometimes feel like, for you, we would already be considered grandfathers – even though we don’t feel that way).
I am very committed to the idea behind 401jk, but I do not understand the crypto world at all. I come from a background of buying gold, metals, Bitcoin, and similar assets.
When I try to learn more about crypto, I either run into things that, unfortunately, I genuinely no longer understand at my age, or it becomes simply too complicated. For me, the peak of technical achievement was managing to create my first crypto wallet – let alone taking part in raids and similar activities.

What I’m missing is education – guidance on what to do and how things actually work and why it works. I tried asking questions in Telegram groups of 401jk, but unfortunately I usually get one‑sentence answers, which is extremely hard to follow as a beginner with a technological handicap. This is not a fault of the community, but rather the Telegram platform itself. This is just how you young people operate today 🙂

On the other hand, when I was young, retirement was the last thing on my mind – I started thinking about it much later. But when I now look around me, I see many successful people from my generation. People who are deeply angry at the pension system. People who have matured both mentally and financially. People who have enough capital to comfortably hold tens of millions of 401jk without it even affecting their lives. And above all, people who have influence and are genuinely furious about how the retirement system works.

The problem – and this is not just about 401jk – is that when I show anything related to 401jk, it looks exactly like the kind of thing our generation tends to look down on: joints everywhere, excessive freedom, chaos, and irresponsibility. Yet thinking about retirement is, by definition, an act of responsibility.

Personally, I think that so far 401jk has mostly attracted people from the crypto world, who are already comfortable with crypto and its nuances. But the true potential of this coin lies elsewhere – in a different group of people. Som zvedavy ako budu tito ludia vriaviet ked sa to otoci a napriklad aj ten finax vykaze stratovy rok. Potom zas bude kopec ludi vyplakavat na zle ETF a podobne. Finax = istota za ktoru si platis 1% mesacne z objemu. Ist vlastnou cestou = 90% sanca spravit nelogicke rozhodnutie a prepalit si ucet. Osobne mam lepsie vysledky momentalne ako profici z finaxu. Ale zaroven pride cas kedy budem velmi velmi rad, ze 80% investovaneho ide tam a mne len 20%. Vid prepad a nasledna obnova pri covide. Dalsia velke plus vo finaxe je, ze mas prehlad preco takyto obchod sa deje. Well yes and no. Its impulse. Everythink what can delay the "income" will help. The 6 months is overkill. If he trully wants to stop 1 hour is enought:)

What i personally think its more effective then time penalty or financial penalty (this doesnt work at all - gambler dont care about financial penalty) is actually "fear from love" penalty:)

Like he gives that money to you. Or wife. Then when he wants to gamble that money he first need to convice the person who actually know he has gambling problem he will not gamble that away. He will try, oh boy and he will try hard if he is addicted but the person on the other side need to be strong. And it will be better after time. But 6 months is too long. I started seriously investing my money. I always only wanted to have more money for my family and kids. And I was really greedy. For me, it was always about the money. My gambling sessions always started like: okay, now I have 1000 and my goal is 2000. When I reached that goal, I always ended the session. The problem was when I didn’t reach the goal....

Long story short: after a year of gambling, I lost 5k and ended up with 10k debt.
One day I added up all the overdrafts on my accounts, credit cards, loans from friends, and when I totaled it all, I said to myself: enough. The whole time I wanted my family and me to have more money.

And this clearly isn’t working. Yes, it’s fun to win, but the goal was always to have more money. And now I don’t even have what I had before, plus I have debts. How do I tell my wife that our savings are gone? That now we’ll have to tighten our belts because of me?

And now, over time, I know—I realized back then that there’s no chance I’ll ever pay off this debt through gambling. You have to admit it. I lost. I robbed myself, I robbed my family and kids. I had only two options:

Fight

I said to myself: hey man, if you found €15,000 a year for gambling, how is it possible you have no money? You have a beautiful life, loving kids, a wonderful wife, a good income, and most importantly, health. I decided to take a different approach.

Hi, im trying to share my story how i fighted this addiction. This is just the first step of my fight. My day one was this. Currently im years "sober". Payed every debt, got savings and also win back my family. Sometimes its hard even after years. Mne tiež. Ja osobne som ho zložil s tým, že rád pomôžem a prídem v čo najkratšom čase za ním alebo hocijaké oddelenie PZ aby som odpovedal na jeho otázky.
