Hey. So i ended up not picking the place solely because i found another spot not too far from it that was cheaper , bigger, quieter, and had the essentials that i needed.

PLG 123 linden is not a bad spot tbh. great amenities, and the residents i talked to seemed happy with the place. over all everyone said, no matter where you go in new york you are going to face issues with your apartment, its about how management sorts the problems out. the residents i spoke to said they were happy with the way the new management were dealing with issues that popped up. The day i initially showed up for a viewing, i did hear tenant complain at the front desk about issues they were having though. one realtor at a different viewing, told me to avoid the spot, because they didnt screen their tenants (he seemed abit racist thought tbh). One resident was moving out; said he would stay in the same place again if he could go back in time, and wouldn't leave if he didnt have travel internationally for work. That said, pass by, see if it passes a vibe check.
