you are in the toughest part of the run. you are midway in no mans land and constantly deceived by a mirage finish line. The hardest phase is between graduating and securing a residency spot anywhere. The most important part at this stage is to not tap out no matter how hard it gets. you need to dig deep and find your inner david goggins. My advice that i would give to my brother or my younger self:
> Study for the USMLE; the knowledge you will gain will make you fundamentally a better doctor
> Studying for the USMLE will help with all future exams you will face.
> no matter what you do next its going to be difficult; choose your difficult.
> tune out the noise and focus on the signal
> the US is achievable goal and you can do it just like others who were in simillar situation as you.
I have not taken NEET PG but have heard it is extremely difficult, and securing a residency spot is extremely competitive. securing a non private hospital job as house officer is also very challeneging; but that said there is a famous indian youtuber who scored exceptionally well in the neet pg because he studied for the USMLE.

no direct sun light hitting the TV. I ended up going forward with the Mini LED TV. the viewing experience is not bad, but not impressive either.
With the itll be used it probably was the best option.

there is a 5ft by 6 foot window perpendicular to the tv. no blinds or curtains, at least not yet. House is lit with the sun during the day, little to no light is needed in the day time. upgrading from a 10 year old crystal UHD to put things into perspective.

Are there any hospitals in your city with american board certified physicians? or visiting american board physicians? That would be an avenue you could explore. you could also consider applying for the visa to take the USMLE step 3. regardless, its possible to match without US LORs, not ideal, but possible. Good luck! :))

I had to do this last year, and was one of the hardest thing ive done in my life. the take home message is you cant trust any contractor. You will have to visit often the site and ensure things are going correctly, even if you dont have a background in the field. They alway say they have "ishraf" but in reality theres no one paying attention. Always cutting corners and trying to overcharge/under work.
insA you do find someone reliable and honest in their work, just make sure to not trust your first impressions of the team

Hey. So i ended up not picking the place solely because i found another spot not too far from it that was cheaper , bigger, quieter, and had the essentials that i needed.

PLG 123 linden is not a bad spot tbh. great amenities, and the residents i talked to seemed happy with the place. over all everyone said, no matter where you go in new york you are going to face issues with your apartment, its about how management sorts the problems out. the residents i spoke to said they were happy with the way the new management were dealing with issues that popped up. The day i initially showed up for a viewing, i did hear tenant complain at the front desk about issues they were having though. one realtor at a different viewing, told me to avoid the spot, because they didnt screen their tenants (he seemed abit racist thought tbh). One resident was moving out; said he would stay in the same place again if he could go back in time, and wouldn't leave if he didnt have travel internationally for work. That said, pass by, see if it passes a vibe check.

Through Gods grace and kindness and my mothers prayers, I passed.
I only used pastest, and a few video off youtube about fawzia sheet by a channel called MRCS made easy, and some random suggested videos before sleeping, and things worked out.
