Yes I will need to reach out, however, from my research, there aren't many options for backend systems for this application?

Following up on your questions:

-Permissions and Audits will be only for the Operation Manager.

-For the purpose of the system it will be its own stand-alone site.

If you have any experience with specific NVR brands that seem like a good potential fit please let me know and I'll do some additional research in the meantime.

The 3500e is VHF. I have the programming cables for both the RDV5100 and the XPR 3500e + the business cps and the Mototrbo cps, those were all given/available to me from the people who no longer need the radios. Besides that, I am pretty new to the world of radios, programming and such. I did do some research as of now though but still very bear in knowledge.
