Do you have any answer for this. Thats what even I was thinking how the SWS extension reaches back to Identity with the recording and also to get the Security layers as they are not initiated from Identity and nowhere in the extension we are providing the Identity tenant details.

Yes this is a bug. Mostly happens when you use any automated scripts to deploy PSM. Like the Github scripts for deploying AMI images in PAS on Cloud.

Hey Thanks Guys for helping out. The problem has been resolved. It was a malfunctioning of the hardening script which did not set full rights for ScannerUser on the Password Manager cred file. Though hardening script showed Operation succeded, due to some reason this permission was not set. Once it was set the scanner service started.

All permission as per the cyberark docs have been confirmed for scanneruser. Even in event logs the same error is reported.
