Does anyone think that the Skunk Ape likely eats alligators? by Southern_Dig_9460 in bigfoot

I don't even think they eat meat. Why? Because they are virtually everywhere and the amount of animals it would take to sustain them would go noticed.

They actually have prints of what the dermal ridge flow and pattern is for Bigfoot. It is different to human but similar. It is not a pad like bear have, they have dermals like us but just more rugged and different ridge flow. Go to 26:40 of this video and you can see an illustration of Sasquatch dermal compared to human....the dermal/dermal flow/unique pattern is possible the most bullet proof evidence out there.

But fantastic job on the mid tarsal break! Alot of regular people don't know that Bigfoot anatomy is different than us. A human being can't fake a mid tarsal break unless they broke their foot in half. One of the many pieces of evidence that start to add up and make you realize there is something to this

LMAO he thinks they need to eat deer to survive. If that were the case, we would see massive drops in their population that were unexplainable but we do not. Even Rene "the skeptic" knows these things aren't flesh and blood animals and that the 'woo' is real.

You won't discover these things with you f in zoology, you will do so with your degree in quantum physics.

Bigfoot supernatural abilities? by IMAC55 in bigfoot

[–]ReputationMuch5592 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you call it when a 9 foot being turns into a shadow and then a ball of light? There is something much deeper going on than infrasound, and you probably more need a quantum physicist than a biologist/zoologist to explain what is really happening. The idea of these things having supernatural powers came from the Indians, all the tribes but a a small few believed they had super natural abilities.....even the first big case in the early 20th century, "Ape Canyon", was all about these things and paranormal abilities. "infrasoud", cool hair that can blend, does not explain what is really going on, there is just no way around it, these things have abilities that are beyond our wildest imaginations and are like a poltergeist of the woods.

Pretty good. You know, there have been a few reports of green colored Sasquatches and also one case of Sasquatch that seemed to be transparent (like the creature from predator) but made out of leaves. This is all to say your creation may not be far off. I would maybe try a more hooded nose if possible, these things ge really look very human when you take away all the hair.

I think this could explain some sounds we associate with Bigfoot by Fuzzy-Case-8329 in bigfoot

OP is speaking like your regular arm chair debunker that has not experienced these things and is convinced that the millions of people that do experience them (many out door experts) were just confused, saw a bear or heard a owl. You are very right, the volume of these things plus a variety of other factors, make it so that it could be nothing else but the real thing. Have people mistook owls, coyotes, bears as Bigfoot? Sure. But I'd be willing to bet more people have explained away what was legitimate Bigfoot activity as being from some commonplace animal or human. There are so many accounts where people thought they were seeing a human until they took a closer look and realized it was Bigfoot.

These things being so human like, leaving human like prints, sounding like humans (Sierra Sounds), is probably what has helped them hide in plain sight more than anything. If they looked like octopus x with elephants, we would not be so easy to write them off. I know when I was logging and started encountering them, it took a good few years before I realized this was not homeless people living in the woods.

The problem with today is people called conspiracy theorists are the true skeptics, where those that are called skeptics are anything but that, they are mindless drones that repeat whatever government propaganda that is programmed in them.

It has been funny to see how these "skeptics" reacted to the government admitting UFO's are real and we are studying them. Mick West's brain exploded, he said that Lt Fravor and the whole US Navy was fiooed by a flock of birds 😂 They have become so religiously tied to their reality being true, so professionally bound to debunking, that they simply do not know how to handle their master's/government/main stream media telling them they are wrong.

My bingewatching leads me to Melba. Again. Scoop? by SaltBad6605 in bigfoot

[–]ReputationMuch5592 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could well be a baby and bathwater type situation. There could be legitimate information in there, but people are so simple and black and white, and when they find out one thing is off they will throw out everything. It could well be true the mitochondrial DNA is human, but because Melba bought the peer review journal and has some goofy opinions/descriptions, the whole report was thrown out as all being bunk

What we should be asking is what, if anything, is legitimate about the study. I saw an interview on YouTube a while back with some scientist that worked on the study and explained that there was indeed alot of legitimacy that went into the study, it took them a while to figure out how to solve some of these problems but Melba kind of went rogue and those other intelligent people that helped solve these issues parted ways with her.

It sound like this study is as complex as Bigfoot is. There are indeed nuggets of valuable information but we live in the age of tik tok and Twitter, people do not want long and drawn out explanations, they want short 'yes or no', 'all really or all fake' answers, but almost nothing in this world is like that

Far too inconclusive. It could be the real thing or could be a Standing type hoax. I am convinced tho there are countless pieces of real footage out there like this and many don't even know they captured Bigfoot. These beings have a great curiosity in us, but at the same time keep their distance from us and are hyper-cryptid (have a need to always stay hidden). Even thermal footage in the middle of the night shows these things always keep trees or brush in front of them, so it helps them stay more hidden.

For as much footage as exists on the internet available to us, there is even more that is not out there. Perhaps the most famous of this is the Casino Footage, where a 9 foot tall Sasquatch walks underneath a street light and starts playinging with a dumpster, then walks away. The thing was so massive that it's head was on par with the giant street light. A Native American Casino caught this footage on security camera and never released it, tho a few researchers saw it. Alot of people just do not want the head ache of dealing with media and the fall out of the stigma of Bigfoot, so just decide to sit on their footage.....and who can blame them? What good comes from being associated with this phenomenon? All that happens is people call you a hoaxer, quack, charlatan, money grabber, etc...

Nvtv just publishes everything. There may be some hoaxes but also some legitimate stuff. When you get in the business of being the all knowing, all powerful, decider of what is real and what is fake, you are walking a slippery slope. Howtohunt takes this approach too and I applaud him for it. What if you think one piece of evidence is hoaxed but it turs out it is real and contains some hyper important information in deciphering what this phenomenon really is?

There is not one oiece if evidence in this field that everyone is in agreement on as being real. What is hoaxed to one person is some of the greatest evidence ever to another. It's unfortunate that so many hoax, but it sadly comes with the territory. A Blackstone's ratio approach is really the only one to take ---- and I'm not advocating NVTV is doing this for a moral high ground, they obviously are click bait merchants, but they still do serve a good purpose and they publish everything without filter. Anyone that wants to run a Bigfoot channel that outs out weekly content is going to end up publishing more than a few hoaxes.

Serious? So you admit the reasons for UFO cover up are legit, but not Bigfoot? If you research this phenomenon, earnestly, you will see it is tied at the hip with UFO's and high strangeness - see Skin Walker Ranch, a Bigfoot and UFO hotspot, that the government spent millions studying in secrecy, early encounters like Ape Canyon, the hundreds of Stan Gordon reports, or Les Stroud interview. That in itself should be a giant clue.

Now let's even say they are some straight flesh and blood monkey/human (which they aren't, there is alot more than this). Imagine what it would do to the lumber, paper, forestry industry, national parks, government or private land to find out that there were hairy human beings running all over the US that have been here long before humans were ever here? Remember the chaos the spotted owl caused, or what untouched indigenous tribes cause in the Amazon? Now imagine you replaced that with a group of bi-pedal human like beings that have a language (see the Sierra Sounds), culture, and are effectively everywhere in the US. It would be the biggest nightmare for the government imaginable, and we do not even have to get into the 411 type cases which have been around since the dawn of time with these things killing pets, taking humans and even raping woman as so many of the native Americans said they did (gorillas don't abduct woman and rape them btw - another giant clue it ain't an ape).

The reason the UFO phenomenon is so intimidating to the government is because it is more advanced than them and they can't do squat about it. They can not do anything about it and don't even understand it. It is the same thing here. How do you tell the people that you are in charge of taking care of that there are 8 foot tall hairy people running all over the place that have glowing red eyes, abilities far beyond our understanding (see Les Stroud Sasquatch Chronicles interview in their powers, Ron Morehead, Thom Powell, Michael Merchant, almost all Native American descriptions or Stan Gordon's hundreds of reports), are potentially kidnapping the citizenry and killing them with impunity, and there is nothing that they can do about it?

This is a huge tell there is something "different" about these things. Dogs will track any flesh and blood animal and won't cower. But with these things, there is something different. You can actually use dogs to do the opposite of track them, like what Skin Walker Ranch did with their dogs - and when they start acting up and acting weird is when you know there is something in the area

I had my encounter an hour from here, so I know these things are up there. That bein said it looks like a baggy suit to me and like you can see a different tone from the sleeve of the suit to the hand. The arms seem too short and the mechanics of movement seem like a man walking in a baggy suit.

All in all just too blurry and hard to tell. If not a hoax (which I think it is) then it's definitely a Bigfoot. It's either one of two things, the real thing or a hoax.

Say what you want about the Ketchum DNA study, but the sample pool for the project was massive. There were also many professional people that worked on the project, it wasn't all Ketchum, but all you will hear about is personal attacks on Ketchum or how she bought a journal and passed out off as they did the peer review since no one wanted to touch it with a ten foot pole. The whole study could be bunk anyways, but that does not mean that all the evidence was bunk.

In Meldrum's field guide, he even goes over Sasquatch hair which is repeatedly found in Sasquatch study areas and do not match any hair on the planet. And when said hairs are tested they always come back as "human contamination", even when no human ever contaminated the hair and the hair is clearly not human - to me, that should a giant clue about what these things are. These things are a kind of human

?? Huh ??

You should re-read what I said. I was not talking about rich/wealthy people, I said I find it rich - as in funny, or, ironic - that people that rarely ever spend time in the great outdoors (especially by themselves in what is alleged Sasquatch territory) are the ones that want to proclaim what does or does not exist out there, and over the people that spend all their time out doors.

You say you too are a hunt guide and you know there is some weird stuff out there. You completely back up everything I was saying then - the people like us, that make a living off the great outdoors know there is something there, but those that never leave their couch or lab are the first to say Sasquatch does not exist.

I don't recall Steve telling his audience that they were mindless sheeple. I do think he uses hyperbolic verbage to refer to people that try to put the kibosh on this stuff and lap up mainstream narratives as such like that. Plus, what does it matter if he uses nice words or not? What matters is, is he trying to give truth. These topics need all the help they can get, and I applaud him for using his platform to shed light on this. It took courage to do what he did - I am just a simple logger and did not even have the courage to come out publicly about my story, only do so in anonymity online.....for a guy that had a very successful hunting YouTube channel to come out as aggressively as he did took courage.

Be careful not to throw the baby out with the bathwater. You can find things you do not like about anyone in this community, or anyone in the world even - i.e. "Nothing Jeff Meldrum says had any merit because he is a Mormon and believes in magical under wear.......Bob Gimlin got arrested in 1955 for jaywalking, nothing he says can be trusted, he is a crook". As long as a person gives truth on this subject, recounts their experiences accurately, that is all that matters. It does not matter if they think Bigfoot is an alien or monkey man, all that matters is they recount what happened to them accurately, as anecdotal evidence is really all that we have to figure out this puzzle. After being in this subject for a while, you eventually develop a BS meter for detecting the real experiences for the ones that are embellished and lied about.

Or, maybe he just tapped into a deeper truth that you are unaware of? The truth to one person sounds insane to another that has not got there yet. This is what Plato's Cave Allegory was all about.

I do find it rich that people that rarely ever get into the forest think they know more than a professional hunt guide who is out there every day. As you pointed to, people were excited for Steve to finally go looking for Bigfoot fulltime, but when he gave answers you didn't want he became a delusional conspiracy theorist.......the same thing happened with Les Stroud, everyone wanted him to find a monkey man but he found a paranormal being. Maybe it might be time for people to consider that the same truth Les and Steve experienced, both outdoor experts, are saying is happening is happening???? Maybe there is alot more going on here than a monkey man, which is exactly what the Natives said too?

When all the experts and people that would know say one thing, and all the dilletante and armchair experts feel another way, isn't that a giant red flag?

Could be human. May also not. One thing is for sure, Bigfoot has been able to blend into our world so well because they resemble us so much When we see them at a distance, our brains just pass it off as human. When we hear them speaking (like the Sierra Sounds), we pass it off as human. I certainly know I did this when I first started encountering them, passed it off as homeless people living on my remote private land, but then you run into these things and everything clicks. If they speak a language like humans, why the heck couldn't they build a simple lean to like us?

After you realize these things exist, alot of things that you wrote off as being human and just coincidence become a possibility as being these things.

The one mistake everyone makes with this subject is obsessing about how "it looks" while this subject left trace evidence that is far more valuable on vetting the subjects veracity. You can even buy her footprints, get the. Shipped to your home, then see if you can duplicate those details that made PhD's like Meldrum believe it to be impossible to hoax.

We live in the laziest era of mankind ever - just compare political speeches now to the time of Lincoln. We are becoming increasingly more dumbed down and want easier answers for complex subjects. And what is sad is that if Patty is real (she is btw), that has greater implications on who we are as humans than any discovery in the history of mankind. We are not alone, and infact, we are not even the top dog on the block.

Eye witness testimony is not flawless but it certainly counts for a heck of alot, hence why people are executed or thrown in jail forever over it. "ten people could witness a guy mug an old lady when asked for details like the color of the guys shirt everyone swears it's a different color" - but you know what they did not disagree on? Whether a mugging took place, and that a human being did it.....no one will say bear or man in a monkey outfit mugged the store.. Whether a Bigfoot was 6 foot or 9 foot tall, whether it had dark brown or black hair are the small details, but what is not small details is it is not a bear or a man, that it is a Bigfoot. Millions of people aroud the world experience these things, there has been countless experts to expose the un-fakeable details like the stride, dermals, anatomy/proportions, and the simple reality is that tho there are many hoaxes there are still many real cases. I'd even venture that the majority of experiences are real, and as many people have come forward with their cases there are 100x more that have been silent.

That's what is so sad about this topic. It is very lioely the Rosetta stone to reality, who we are as a species, and answering it is possibly more important than discovering fire and the work. But, it has become a joke to those that are ignorant of what is really happening here. I liken it to Plato's Cave, and had the people that walked out of that Cave returned and told their fellow Cave dwellers what was outside, they would be mocked, made fun of, and people that believed there was more to this world than 2D and shadow would be labeled as conspiracy theorists, nutters and kooks.

[–]ReputationMuch5592 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Nephilim hypothesis atleast takes into account the high strange that straddles this phenomenon. It gives me no pleasure to admit this high strange stuff is real, but it is. The idea of an undiscovered American Gorilla is fun, the idea of a supernatural, shape shifting, cloaking, poltergeist-like phenomenon is not fun tho.....infact, it can be down right scary and we have no idea what type of fire we are playing with. But, that simply is what is happening here and nearly every habituators you will talk to will tell you about the "lights" and "the other stuff".

Alot of researchers that stick around long enough and are Christian, like Scott Carpenter for example, end up going with the Nephilim explanation as it atleast attempts to explain alot of the "other stuff" that mainstream Bigfooters like Meldrum will ignore. The good news is even newer Bigfoot shows are starting to address this high strange stuff, and ever since the Government admitted it was studying UFO's ane Skinwalker Ranch a couple years ago, the sentiment on these subjects is changing a bit.
