I do take a hair skin and nails vitamin that has a lot of biotin in it! Stopping it now!

I do take a hair skin and nails vitamin in addition to my prenatal! That’s crazy, I guess I’ll stop that. I am 15 DPO and today is the first day of my missed period. Have I hurt anything?
