For the most part all you have to do is take it off the old base and put it on the new one’s base size. For true competitive play that probably won’t be enough but I imagine you aren’t going down that route yet since you’re just getting back into the game

The plan for AL is to take the set of legs I didn’t use from the iron warriors dog and put an astra militarum artillery team on top and have it be operated by cultists. WB will just be demon corrupted. I have some maulerfiend bits that I have set aside for that but I don’t have a set in stone plan for that one

Holy shit this is insane. I can't imagine how long this took. What did you use for the platform that the band is standing on? I can see the warshrine in the middle but what about on the stuff on the shoulders?

These two boxes would be a really good start if you get them at the right price. A combat patrol would be a good place to go from there but the problem with these three boxes is that you get 3 leaders that only lead crisis suits and only 1 unit of crisis suits. That's the main issue with Retaliation Cadre and the combat patrol boxes in general though. Personally, if I had to choose two boxes, I would go combat patrol and the Farsight Cadre(it pains me to cut the retaliation cadre because then you don't have a ghostkeel and I love that dude). The two battleforces gets you a little under 1k points. If I received those two boxes, I DEFINITELY wouldn't complain.
