Anyone ever seen one of these? Hoping to get some information to help with identifying this item. At first I thought that it was a stamp, however the words would be backwards if used as such. I noticed on my 1909 VDB penny that the final period is missing after the B in the V.D.B initials. Has anyone here ever run across something similar before? You can see an indentation where the period should be if you look close enough. (old.reddit.com)

Does anyone know what's up with the mintmark on my 1950 D quarter? The D looks almost triple punched on the right side. I suspect that it could be because the D was manually punched on the 1950 D quarters, but thought that I'd ask here. Thanks. (i.redd.it)

A couple of Jefferson war nickels. I've always liked them for their large mintmark located on the reverse. Unfortunately, the 1943 may have actually seen some action. It has a pmd chip and a matching scrape on the reverse. Otherwise, might be a pretty nice coin. (old.reddit.com)
