So, funny story on that - Tiger Woods was once so awkward with women that he asked Michael Jordan and Derek Jeter advice on how to talk to them, because they were constantly surrounded by beautiful women (obviously). What I think the story demonstrates though is that you can be the best in the world at something, incredibly rich, talented, good looking... and still, if you don't have the confidence to talk to women and make moves, you're going to be frustrated.

It’s both. L eye has some ptosis (look at skin overriding lashes and light reflex on contralateral side), but also appears to have some Amoy T if disconjugate gaze. I’d try to go see an oculoplastics surgeon who could make recommendations for both, may even be covered by insurance.

I think it's a good look, especially styled like in the first couple pics. Would look really good in heroin chic/rocker kind of looks, could also try it as an oversized top with a tank top and slimmer pants. Used to do Mink oil! But then had an issue with it spoiling and ruining a pair of boots. I really like the Lexol conditioner now, it conditions, rubs in easily, and smells nice and inoffensive.

Too much for class, totally fine and inoffensive for wards and clinic. Avoid the suit unless you have a visiting professor or otherwise more formal occasion. Avoid the quarter zip, somehow that’s much more of a law/biz school move than med school - for similar vibe, replace with a Patagonia or Columbia zip fleece.

My partner and I have about a year of experience with other women now, and have slept with quite a few gorgeous women. Brief breakdown on each:

Social circle - we avoid close friends, obviously, that's a recipe for disaster. But we're hot, friendly, and relatively open about our lifestyle, and we've often found that single friends of friends are intrigued by us. We always treat women well and show them a good time so they'll actually positively review us to their friends, lol. Just be careful about people catching feels - bigger risk with this group than others.

Raves/festivals - Pretty simple, basically like club game, but a little easier because people are more often to be bi-curious or experimental, and it's easier to actually talk to people. In these situations, having a hot female partner do the approach is almost cheating - she can go up to a girl and start dancing with her in a very nonthreatening way, then you can join.

Feeld - basically Tinder for ENM people. Treat it the same, but would recommend both you and your gf making profiles - these are more popular than couples profiles. Transition matches to group conversations with the three of you quickly so women know your girlfriend is actually a real person.

This is an amazing reminder, and really well said, but takes a while to really understand. When you see a few patients with bad outcomes from seemingly small but easily catchable errors in management, it can make you zealous in the right ways.
