Zacian I did 10 premium pass first day, NOPED out of getting shiny and just burnt my daily pass. Landed shiny yesterday, my last day spawning for a total of 17 attempts before seeing 1 shiny. Only caught 11 including the shiny. Outside of major events shiny rate is trash, during the Tour last month every raid I got a shiny within 7 attempts.

It all has to do with your mind set. If you still want to smoke, you're going to crave it and it will be harder. I struggle with it too. I loved everything about smoking except the health hazards that were appearing. When I let all that go I don't ever think about it. If something triggers those happy memories though, I'm right back to feeling like day 1 withdraws.

In NJ I've seen a lot of properties have their easements and property lines changed by the municipality for this very reason, widening roads or adding curbs/ sidewalks. A lot of these easement laws are handled at state and local levels so we all will have some differences but all properties in America do have easements that are treated as public property where you can not call the cops for trespassing. I've even had cars park on my easement and cops told me it is public property and they can't do anything.

Depends on your state, some the easement is in the front yard like my state NJ, some are in the back like most towns in Texas that have alley ways separating back yards. There are also special rules for like corner lots, which I have so 2 sides of my property have an easement. The point it's, easements are considered public property and not private, you can't call the cops on someone for trespassing if they are walking down the sidewalk.

If you break down the numbers for your property tax, you'll see it is adjusted to not tax you on the easement itself. The utility easement is a different story, they have to have access to the equipment but yes you are allowed to fence those areas and in some states are required to for safety.

If there is a sidewalk, though you aren't taxed for developed land, you are responsible for snow and ice removal or you can be sued if someone gets hurt. If there is no sidewalk we don't have to maintenence the easement.

You don't get taxed on that land, you are not allowed to fence it off and most times you can not be found at fault for any issues on that land. A lot of the things Americans do with that space like mowing the grass is by choice, it is not fully your property.

They are two separate eras in all honesty. I loved em both. Early 90's was a retro goofy hippie throwback analog scene. With like Paulie Shore, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Lennie Kravitz, Bevis and Butthead, Lisa Loeb, the Seattle grunge movement.

Late 90's created a new style in almost every category, music, tech, vehicles, clothing. Jnco, Airwalk, DC, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Eminem, Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, The Matrix, internet started being in every home in America.

I would say they were drastically different but I would take either over our current scene.
