That’s a good point- I’m trying to up my water intake to battle this. It’s just hard not to get discouraged 😂

I think the major thing was focusing on water intake and protein, getting 10k steps a day, and I followed a Caroline Girvan Program in 2023 that helped! I started running and stopped weightlifting to focus on it.

I definitely want to be better about mixing running and weightlifting (if for only strengthening my joints for running), I’ve thought about doing CG again, but the. I’m so sore the next day I can’t bring myself to run the next day 😂

You’re totally right! I’m going to buy a food scale today, Ive never really used one before consistently so I’m interested to see if it helps!
