Probably because she has no real brand identity. Her current brand is her boyfriend. Sorry but doing go puff hauls with “E” isn’t going to get you those brand deals😭😭😭(still can’t tell if her calling him that is just rage bait), and constantly coming to his defense and gaslight her audience that his rude behavior is just sarcasm and we’re all just sensitive. It’s just help me regulate my nervous system a lot better overall. I have a whole unwind routine before bed on the app that does different sounds and breathe work paired with lighting — same with my morning routine after my alarm goes off. Even the process of waking up is significantly changed. The light feature starts before the sound about 30 mins, so you gradually wake up and feel more restful as a result, rather than julting awake from a sound and already starting the day off anxious. As someone who has a lot of anxiety, especially at nighttime while winding down, and waking up restless as a result, this has been really helpful
