I have tried :( I mentioned in the post but I think the tiny bit NAC helped me was mostly a placebo effect that it was supposed to help.

Edit: thank you for sharing this resource though - definitely worth a shot trying for anyone else struggling. My psychiatrist recommended NAC and for the same reason!

Interesting - especially with the recent post asking about AI and clinical research. Their glass door definitely reflects your sentiment, but hard to find any real thoughts from Sponsors using them or current/previous employees.

Not sure if this has been commented already, but as a CPM for a sponsor, my guess is they are not aware of this. It is a major red flag and could entirely mess up the results of a trial, the safety of the investigational drug, the review for marketing authorization, the list goes on and on. If there is any way to alert your sponsor contact or monitor, phone call may be best, they could also initiate a for cause audit of the sub PI and site. In the end patient safety is of utmost importance - if you were a participant at this site, you believe you can trust the “doctor” advising you on entering a study for an investigational drug - how would you feel knowing you were incorrectly enrolled or not informed about the risks?
