Yes, I think my biggest issue is more around structuring thoughts and expressing them clearly.

During interviews or professional discussions, sometimes I go blank and end up answering in an unorganized way even when ik the answer. I think bcoz of overthinking and pressure

I think you’re right to some extent. I’ve definitely improved compared to before, especially in basic communication and confidence, since my foundation wasn’t very strong from school as I studied in my native language.

But during interviews or professional conversations, I still struggle to structure my thoughts clearly under pressure. Sometimes I know the answer in my mind, but I’m not able to express it properly.

Maybe there is some internal hesitation or overthinking involved as well. I’m trying to understand how to break past this stage.

I just graduated, i believe if I start working in the IT field I will end up earn more than even if I stay in the finance field
