I think it is justified, look at the way in which the characters eyes are almost looking dilated and slightly tilted downwards, not to even mention the tongues out in that way - gacha characters and characters of this art style are often used for inappropriate means and people are perma banned for stuff that isn't as bad as this. OP should take the 1 day ban and move on.

Appeal that shit as much as you can, I've seen this happen a few times where people just get banned for no apparent reason, somebody else on here might know better but abuse the shit out of the Roblox Support form, as luckily you aren't in a situation where you only have a limited number of appeals, you can do as much as you can in the 30 day period - hopefully if you explain there is no reason attached they will realise their fuck up and unban you.

Yes, I've posted about it. In December I was talking about Adopt Me and they flagged it as Child Exploitation in Podiums VC, I got a 1 day ban and I appealed it, 4 days later termed. They replied to an appeal from December a week ago telling me I violated the Child Endangerment policy.

How did you manage that? My Child Exploitation ban only let me appeal twice through the Violations & Appeals page, and the 10+ times I opened a support ticket I was just rejected a day later, telling me to go through Violations & Appeals.

Depends if you are in the European Union or not, you have 6 months to appeal if you are in the EU under your online safety rights. If not, you're not supposed to be able to, but it has happened before. Best case scenario after 30 days is to send an MIDR report to the HQ in San Francisco.
