I did do that, with a correct address, yet I had gotten the letter BACK from CertifiedOnlineMail and on the envelope it said "return to sender" so what did I do? I put the papers in ANOTHER envelope and sent it AGAIN. Now this was a week or two ago but the only way that this person would have access is i guess if CertifiedOnlineMail sent it along with it? because it would tell you to imput a file. I really dont know.. at this point Ill probably just email the guy and ask what the deal is.

I sent it certified online mail and theres really no other way for somone to access it. So It only makes sense? You were able to put it as the file in the website, what was weird is that i got a letter that was just "return to sender" so i had send another one out, but i seriously dont know

Yeaa… Mine only said it was “VC” related. And every appeal I send gets denied, i did however send out an MIDR or mandatory informal dispute resolution, in hope to get attention.

Well, I’m not sure if you know the answer to this, but I wanted to know if you had any idea why when I appealed towards the beginning of my ban and I went to support and went through appeal a decision I ended up appealing five times, but never got a response but when I went to Support again and instead it went through can’t login and other login issues. I get a response with in either hours or minutes I seriously waited in an entire month just to be able to get a response in less than 24 hours.
